Quarterly High-Dollar Reporting

Executive Order 13520, “Reducing Improper Payments and Eliminating Waste in Federal Programs” requires that the Secretary of Agriculture submit a quarterly report on high-dollar improper payments to the Inspector General. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB), on March 22, 2010, issued government-wide guidance (M-10-13) on the implementation of Executive Order 13520. USDA is publishing this report to comply with Executive Order 13520. The table below provides the high-dollar overpayments that USDA has identified on a fiscal quarter basis.
